If you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to the Billing section of your account and click on the Cancel Subscription button. Please make sure to do this at least one day prior to the renewal date to avoid getting charged for another billing cycle.
A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm your cancellation. Choose the option "Yes, cancel" to proceed.
After you confirm your cancellation, you'll receive an email confirmation with the effective cancellation date and the end date of your current contract.
Please note that your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds and price adjustments are not available for unused months of a current subscription, regardless of when you cancel the renewal.
