To reset the scan statistics of a Dynamic QR Code, please follow these steps:

Go to your account and select the "Details" button located next to the QR Code for which you want to reset the scan statistics.

From the options menu, select "Reset Scans."

Please note that resetting the scan statistics of a QR Code is a permanent action and cannot be undone. It is recommended that you download the scan statistics before resetting them if you need the data for record-keeping or analysis purposes.

In order to start fresh for a marketing campaign and clear any test scans that were made, we suggest resetting the scan statistics prior to launching the campaign.
